The Honda Pilot EX-L is the next step up from the base LX model, and takes quite a leap in terms of price, mainly due to the inclusion of a 4WD drivetrain which some buyers will consider a non-negotiable feature.

The Pilot EX-L maintains the eight-seat layout of the LX model, along with the 280hp V6 engine, but adds a number of upgraded features such as a full leather interior, sunroof, power tailgate, and chrome lower bumpers.

Remote start is also added in this version of the Honda Pilot which is super handy in summer to get the car cooled down before you leave the comfort of the air-conditioned indoors, and the Pilot EX-L also receives a blind spot warning system for a little more safety while driving.
