Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV (Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle) was first showcased at the 2019 edition of the Dubai Motor Show, as the first electric vehicle bought to the Middle East by the Japanese manufacturer. The Outlander PHEV in the UAE pairs the 2.4L petrol engine found in regular versions of the Mitsubishi Outlander with a 13.8 kWh battery pack along with front and rear electric motors. This provides a total system output of 221hp - about as much as the V6 model Outlander but with exceptional fuel consumption as low as 1.8L/100km.
